Welcome to LINCS! My name is Mary Kilar, and I am so excited to be joining with you to celebrate your child's accomplishments at LINCS. We are a team!
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from UW-Whitewater, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. I have twelve years experience as a Principal, four years as the Director of the Jefferson County Early Intervention Program, and five years of hands-on teaching in both the regular education and special education classrooms.
Personally, my greatest accomplishments include being “mom” to my four beautiful children; Brittany, Rosie, Treyton, and Kindyl.
I am a life-long learner who believes in fostering relationships with colleagues, parents, community members, teachers and students to increase student achievement. I believe all children deserve a safe, inspiring, and innovative school to learn within. All children can learn, and at LINCS, we are committed to igniting the innate desire to discover, inquire, question, and achieve!
Whitewater is my home. My husband Mike and I have resided in this wonderful town for over twenty years. The Whitewater community cares about students, families, and creating a community of learning for a brighter future. There has been no better place to call home, and I look forward to working with all of you!
