Whitewater has been “home” to me at several times in my life. Having spent my collegiate years in Whitewater, I found it only fitting to come back and teach four year old kindergarten in the district that supported me through my early years as an educator. About Me I graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Elementary Education (PreK- Grade 3). I have taken classes toward a Masters program with an emphasis on environmental education. My husband and I have a busy household with four grown sons as well as a dog. When you add in the cat to the mix there is never a dull moment! In my free time, I enjoy reading and gardening. Learning happens at any given moment, at any given time. Acknowledgment is the key to making learning a successful experience. This in turn will build excitement and maintain the desire to explore the unknown. |
