The Lincoln Growing & Learning Garden was established in 2015 by Liesl Schultz Hying and is tended to by the Lincoln Elementary students and the Whitewater Community.  School gardens encourage healthy eating, connect students to where their food comes from, enriches school curriculum, encourages healthy lifestyles and builds inquiry about the natural world around us.  Hands-on learning and life-long skills are all developed in this garden space. This space is a place to enjoy nature, healthy foods, relax and just be. The garden is open to the community.  Visitors and helpers are always welcome.

Garden Gatherings -a garden open house- are held on Monday’s from May through September.  Stop in anytime.
Come help tend to the garden, taste healthy food, engage in a garden-based project, relax, meet other community members.
